The Presidential branch of government was given limitations on a 4 and/or 8 year term to keep our economy, policies, foreign relations and all other government affairs moving constantly to evolve with the countries demands. This rule does not apply to the House and Senate officials. These officials have turned a "Public Service" position into a career. There is no way for the government to evolve, change, or improve on its performance if the same people are making decisions in a failing system for decades at a time.
