Have all members of Congress who are Veterans wear their Service Dress uniform on Memorial Day, and Veteran's Day.

To both celebrate their service, as well as promote Esprit de Corps between members of Congress and the Armed Forces, all members of the House and Senate should be instructed to wear their branches equivalent Service Dress uniform on Memorial Day and Veteran's Day, as well as other significant days on the calendar (to include, but not limited to: Armed Forces Day, September 11th, Independence Day, etc.)
