Have all negotiations regarding the fiscal cliff to be televised on national tv

Created by D.J. on December 08, 2012

There is no reason negotiations about the fiscal cliff should be behind closed doors. Politicians have no right to not have these discussions held publicly for the people to see who or what is leading to political gridlock on the fiscal cliff.
For example, any further talks between Obama and Boehner or any major negotiation meeting about the fiscal cliff should be televised publicly on prime time television. As american citizens we have every to demand the politicians we voted for to hold these talks for as many people to see as possible. The fact that politicians try to negotiate deals of this magnitude without people being able to view them is absolutely unacceptable and is a slap in the face to all voters.
