Have all people who wish to SECEDE from the USA sign AGREEMENTS that they understand/accept all potential CONSEQUENCES:

To all the people (or states) who wish to secede from the United States of America and form a NEW country: Do you think you can take the UNITED STATES MILITARY with you?? No. You cannot. Do you ACCEPT that risk? You might not have the time to build up and organize your own defenses before a potential enemy of the U.S. sends out air strikes against you (OR WORSE) because THEY wish to set up their OWN strategic military bases right outside U.S. borders. Then, when the United States is forced to defend itself against the enemy that subdued your new little country, what are you going to do? Flee back into the United States as REFUGEES??... Think about it. Then, SIGN THE AGREEMENT and STAY OUT of America.
