To have all politicians at the federal & state level who have had their positions given to them by electorial vote, have 30% of their yearly salary automaticly deposited into the USA Government debt for a minimum period of 15 years. Once passed the state & federal government will be unable to alter, change, modify, etc the above implementation for a minimum of 15 years. This will ensure that all politicians will be held accountable for all moral and ethical decisions they make regarding the USA and its Finances.
