Have all power and utilities to anyone who petitions to have their state secede the Union cut off.

This country needs to stop being so ignorant, this is the 21st century and we cannot get past the racism that led to secession in the 1800's So it is time that everyone be taught a lesson, if you want to leave the Union, Go for it. You wont have to pay any taxes atleast, ass all your utilities and energy and power services will be cut as you are no longer on the grid of the united states. Enjoy.
