Have all states prohibit discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

I believe that, although there are 26 states in which they prohibit the discrimination, all states should ban it. It would make it so LGBT individuals would have a safer environment to go to if need be. And, since same sex marriage is allowed, there should be more actions to protect LGBT people. Finally, they wouldn't be disrespected at work and feel they should quit or not do their job.
