have the united states goverment drop all life insurance health insurance and retirement pensions that goes to us sentors and congressmen and have the states they are elected from pay their health insurance and life insurance while they are in office. when they leave office they lose it. have states pay for us sentors and congressmen retirement pensions if the people of that state vote yes on it during a election year.
