Have anyone drug tested in order to recieve any help from the government, such as, food stamps, WIC, etc...

i work in a neighborhood that recieves all this help and its not fair for people to abuse this right when its coming out of our pocket and they dont need it, because there spending it on so many drugs instead of their families
