AT&T have made it impossible to to unlock your cell phone or tablet. If you had a two year contract and your account was in good standing you should be able to unlock your cell phone. After the two year contract AT&T does not own your cell phone any more so you should be able to unlock it.Even if you a non-customer an bought your device off of eBay or amazon. They also should not be able to block sub- contractors to unlock your cell phone.
