To reduce new crimes and solve old ones, All U.S. Citizens should be required to submit DNA and be Micro-chiped. Schools will be required to verify students I.D. through the Data Base, as well as all Government services including Pullic assistance, Drivers license and also Private Tranactions such as Property rental, banking, and travel.
