Have the Attorney General challenge the eligibility of Senator Ted Cruz's eligibility to serve as POTUS, place of birth.

Ted Cruz does not meet the Constitutional eligibility requirements for POTUS in terms of birth. It would seem his attempt to run as a candidate would be a crime of fraud.
