The family of Dr. Martin Luther King filed a civil suit in 1999. A jury found that agencies of the United States Govt did
conspire to assassinate Dr. King. The request is for President Obama to instruct the justice department under Attorney Eric Holder to establish a special grand jury to investigate, apprehend and prosecute those guilty parties involved in the assassination of Dr. King. Review of the trial
transcripts clearly shows that James Earl Ray was not he assassin. With this clear documentation, it clearly shows that the killers of Dr. King are still at large and the United States
Government has a responsibility to make amends and do justice for Dr. King, his family and the Afrikan/Black community that has suffered so greatly due to his death.
