Created by R.D. on April 04, 2013

Monsanto through their patents produce genetically modified foods, specifically seeds. Manufactured seed are sold to farmers. monsanto uses the fact that cross polination occurs through natural factors. when general farms turn in their crops monsanto sues the farmers who dont purchase seed from monsanto. through no fault of the general farmer he has monsanto seed. monsanto has used a tactic referred to as seed counting to impede the rights of small market to compete for market share. Monsanto vs Schmeiser demonstrates that monsanto tries to force products on farmers as stolen property. we request the justice department exams Monsanto's buisness' practices.
