Have Autism and ADHD accepted and recognized by ALL insurance, public or private as accepted, covered and paid

Making it mandatory that ALL insurance companies, public or private accept Autism and ADHD as covered illness's and pay for services needed, as they would for any other diagnosis under their rules. Insurance companies have refused to accept these as "covered" under insurance claims. By insurance companies doing this, it turns away people seeking treatment.
