It is totally unnessesary to keep on file the offenses like theft under $500.00 or a public intoxication violation after that long.These records are to freely given to those who have no buisness in peoples lives.It destroys those who strive to better themselves.If a man does his term of probation and is released should he pay for the rest of his life for something he did 10 years ago? I personally do not believe its right or fair to the general public. Especially on a class B or C misdemeanor crime!!
