Better job creation, and laws for older workers. I am seeing to much of a trend of large companies who are hiring only younger workers, and are not willing to hire workers who are 45 and older. This includes simple jobs such as: cashier positions, dining room attendant, hostess, sales associate, and appointment setters. There are still a lot adult workers who need to be given a chance to earn money, and to be trained in a good job for themselves, their future, and families. We need more diversity of age groups within the work place. This is coming from my own experience of trying to look for work wiith skills, and and a college degree. My wish is for adults who are 45 and over to go back to work, and to get better on the job training programs for this age group.
