The bills that are presented to the Senate and Congress are too long. There are too many spots for things to be hidden in. I believe that each section/article in a bill should be voted on individually. This will hopefully help eliminating the need to veto a whole bill only because of one part of it.
Also, keep the bills short as possible and only on one topic.
