We do not want law enforcement to kill people when they have the right as a citizen to a fair trail. The job of the police is to serve and protect - not kill. Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Dorner should face court over the death of the man and woman he is accused of killing; its not up to the police to judge and punish.
