Celebrities seem to be invisible. Nothing will ever happen to them and for the past years celebrities have been dying because of drugs. Since they don't mind spending the money on drugs why not put the money to use. Celebrities should do drug tests for illegal drugs and if they don't pass they should have to pay higher taxes. This should help make better role models, lower the drug in take and bring more money in.
