get the old broken down congress and house of reps. out of office by pass a bill that they can only serve a total of 8 years, this way there will be new voices that maybe can help the usa , the ones we have now things that just because I have been here 30 yrs I can do what I wont to do,example harry reed , john banner and several more of them that is setting on the nest and not moving off of it. I know in my heart this will work for our country
