Have congress declare war on the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria. We need a strong leader to stop this threat.

Congress needs to declare war on the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria. They are a threat to the whole world. If the Commander in Chief isn't up for the task, than a new General of the Army needs to be pinned to oversee with absolute authority to conduct operations. We need boots on the ground now. They have declared war against us, and we need to help out Iraq and especially the Kurds against this threat. This isn't an unorganized terrorist gang. This is an actual Army who is ruthless in their tactics. Once they are done with the Middle-East, they will come to Europe, East Asia, and the United States. We can not let it get to this point. We need to destroy this Army before they can achieve anything else.
