Although there is no accurate count of how many jobs in the US have been lost to outsourcing, but most estimates are currently in the millions. Many former working class people are now struggling because their jobs have been outsourced for cheap labor. Here are some possible solutions for congress to look at:
-Give companies tax incentives for moving jobs back to America.
-Federal grants towards building/renovating facilities.
-Put higher taxes on goods shipped from countries that jobs have been outsourced to.
This is a better alternative to job creation.
