Have Congress propose a bill that would bar Hillary Clinton from becoming president

Due to Hillary Clinton's questionable actions in the past she should be barred from seeking the office of president of the United States: to wit; Her mishandling of classified state secrets while Secretary of state; her questionable actions exposed by recently released emails; her mishandling of duties while Secretary of State that directly resulted in the destabilization of no less than 25 nations across the globe; and a long list of many other usurpation. For these reasons and many others, she should be barred from becoming president of the United States and an independent investigation launched for possible charges of treason.
