have congress reach an agreement on the budget or fire all of the Obama administration/Congress

Warren Buffet has a very good idea to get Congress to fix the budget and come to an agreement. He said, "Either come to an agreement or you are all fired!". This is a very great idea because congress is supposed to be elected for the betterment of the United States. But instead have turned into money hungry pigs that could give a rats ass about the Constitution or the United States. They are elected and paid to solve our nations problems, but yet create way more problems themselves because of simple politics. If I personally could not solve a problem or figure out a way to fix it in a timely manner, I would be replaced ASAP! Why isn't it like that for congress? I say it is because we as a people do not care or are scared of standing up for what we believe in because of big brother.
