Have Congress turn down any pay raise offered by Pres Obama's Executive Order as a matter of sheer decency and fairness.

Created by K.E. on December 30, 2012

Because this is the least-approved Congress in years, if not decades, if not ever, in the history of the nation and because this Congress says they are committed to reduce government spending and because Congress gets paid enough already, even if you ignore their benefits and perks--which we shouldn't, of course--and finally, at least here and now, because Congress hasn't done their work, time and again, and because Congress hasn't passed a budget for the nation in at least 3 years, we, the people, demand that this same Congress turn down and deny themselves any pay raise as put forward by Pres. Obama in his very recent Executive Order. It's all about fairness and common sense and logic and sensible spending.
