Congressman Darrell Issa as Chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee should step down and someone else take his position. He is uncouth, irreverent and has no respect for anyone else on the Committee. The incident on March 5, 2014 with Congressman Elijah Cummings further upholds this statement. He needs to step down.
