Since congressmen, congresswoman and senators are philosophically opposed to work, i.e., they are not conducting the business of the people with constant obstruction, meaning they refuse to work and have admitted it publicly on numerous occasions, I suggest that they have to do something and that is, they have to cut the grass, clean floors, take out the trash, perform regular maintenance duties at the National Mall. In any household, if one partner lost his / her job, would the other just let them sit around doing nothing? No, I don't think so. Would you let your teenage son or daughter sit and do nothing if they were not in school or working? No. So we need to put these people to work for us in some capacity. They are not much good for anything else are they?
