To intensify public interest in electric automobiles and amp up momentum for mass production of electric cars , the White House is encouraged to host a contest for electric car manufacturers to produce an all-electric Presidential limousine.
A period of one year will be allowed to produce the vehicle. The contest criteria would be developed by organizations that review automobiles and the appropriate government agencies.
The winner will have bragging rights for producing the first all-electric Presidential limousine
