A new BILL that creates a contest for the Company that creates the greatest number of new jobs by the end of 2012. The winning organization to win one million dollars per each new job created. (New jobs are measured as a Ratio of a company's current employees, giving small businesses just as much of a chance to win as a large corporation.)
Most companies will enter the contest and try to win by creating as many new jobs as they can. In this manner, the economy will be stimulated as never before in history and the winning funds would come from the increased tax revenues. This is a Win/Win/Win situation.
