Have a court subject the upcoming "No Delete" exhibition imagery to the Miller Test.

Created by M.M. on September 06, 2014

The Cory Allen Contemporary Art Gallery has planned to showcase recently stolen imagery of nude celebrities. Because this is a rather public violation of privacy, before the imagery is showcased, it is in the best interests of both the victims and the gallery that the imagery be subject by a court of law to the Miller Test to determine that the imagery is or is not considered legally obscene. If it is determined as such, a follow-up action would be to place due and appropriate legal pressure on the gallery to not showcase the now illegal photographs.
