have Cox Communications honor their Franchise Agreement with the City of New Orleans.

On November 2, 2011 Cox Communications entered into a renewal of their Franchise Agreement with the city of New Orleans, Louisiana to operate, construct, maintain, and reconstruct a Cable System with the City of New Orleans. As part of this Agreement Cox Communications was to design and construct the Cable System in such a manner as to pass by every single-family dwelling unit, multiple-family dwelling unit, agency, and business establishment within the incorporated territory of the City of New Orleans (Parish of Orleans).
Cox Communications has failed to honor its agreement with the City of New Orleans, and we ask that the President of the United States intercede on behalf of the citizens of the City.
