To have Denis Konkel, my brother in law, committed for a psychiatric evaluation based on his disturbing behavior.

My brother in law has psychiatric issues. We unfortunately have to reside together, and have resided together for the past ten years. He has been trying to destroy my marriage ever since. He tries to convince my husband, as well as everyone else that I snip holes in his clothes with tiny scissors, keyed his car, sanded his jeans, stole his wallet, snipped the top off of plant in the flower garden, sliced his slipper in half, that I have taken his eyeglasses when he misplaces them, the list goes on and on. He had me so stressed out that I had developed Psoriasis over my whole scalp to point where my hair was literally falling out. He has fits, screams like a maniac and threatens me that "You are going to get yours". He put locks and cameras on everything, then says that I pick the locks.
