On December 31, 2015, a group of armed terrorists entered and took over the Malheur Wildlife Refuge near Burns, Oregon in Harney County. This is already a violation of Federal law and the terrorists, lead by Ammon Bundy should be removed by any means necessary. However, on January 7, 2016, Harney County Sheriff Dave Ward met with Bundy and several of the terrorists. Not only did he not arrest Bundy, as required by Federal law and his Oath Of Office, he promised the terrorists that if they would leave he and his forces would escort them out of Oregon without arresting or charging them with any crime. This is in direct violation of Oregon and Federal law.
We therefore ask the Department Of Homeland Security, in Cooperation with the Federal Bureau Of Investigation, to arrest Ward.
