Recently Kelly Thomas was beaten to death by California Police officers. There is video tape recording the entire incident that clearly shows excessive use of force, violation of due process and civil liberties and a failure to uphold their sworn duty.
Unfortunately a jury failed to convict these officers of their crimes.
We the people call upon the Obama administration to have the Department of Justice investigate this appalling crime and bring charges against those involved in federal court.
