Have the Department of Justice investigate and prosecute both private and public media, for civil rights violations.

Both private and public media to include broadcasting, film and digital media, music, social and game companies. Have continued to make civil rights violations against young black males as portraying the young black male as a violent, lawless criminal. These companies portrayal of young black males has created a stereo type that has created a bias in the general public and is the cause of all criminal activity among young black males. The media is also in violation of the First Amendment by instigating false information that leads to the death and injury of many people in the general public. The media is the reason that the young black male has limited opportunity to succeed in society, due to creation of a false model that many young black males believe is true.
