have the Department of Justice investigate whether the brutal murder of Antonio West violated his civil rights.

Created by F.R. on July 19, 2013

Antonio West was the 13-month old child shot at point blank range by two teens who were attempting to rob his mother, who was also shot. A Grand Jury from Brunswick GA determined the teens who murdered him will not face the death penalty, though this innocent toddler was given a death sentence.

His was a white family in a 73% non-white neighborhood, but the vicious murder was not ruled a Hate Crime. His civil rights, including the right to continue living and have a future were obviously violated. He was doing nothing wrong, and he had every right to be where he was. He must have justice!
