Created by M.B. on December 17, 2012

The Department of Homeland Security and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms should bear responsibility for the protection of the US Department of Education against acts of terrorism. All public schools in the US should have an armed Federal ATF or Homeland Security Agent posted at a single entry point and every school should be equipped with a metal detector. The revenue to pay for employees and equipment shall come from higher taxes on guns and bullets made and purchased in US. If guns or bullets are made outside US higher tax rates should apply.
