The Bundy's have established a pattern of using armed intimidation to thwart the government's lawful administration of the public's resources. We call on the Department of Justice to use their full legal means to arrest and prosecute all of those who are terrorizing the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge and Burns, Oregon. We live in a time of harsh treatment from law enforcement for acts far less egregious than these. Failure to prosecute them now would be an overt instance of unequal enforcement.
