Have the DOJ conduct 1st ammendment audits to local and state law enforcement with undercover federal agents

Created by J.C. on September 03, 2015

This is with the purpose of educating law enforcement officers on the citizens constitutional rights.

If an undercover federal agent is found to be illegaly arrested or detained by local law enforcement while legally exercising his rights, then corrective actions must take place against all officers involved. High ranking and veterans officers should be demoted for lack of knowledge or voluntary disregard of such a fundamental right of our constitution.

The goal is protecting our first ammendment rights. Too many citizens are harassed, retaliated, detained and arrested for simply exercising their first ammendment rights.
