Have the DOJ file an emergency stay with SCOTUS to prevent changes before the 25 day waiting period for VRA ruling.

Any ruling by the Supreme Court is effective 25 days after the ruling, yet states like Texas, have decided to implement changes immediately. This is illegal and they are bound to follow the law. It is important that we hold any government entity accountable to follow the laws of our land.
