End Federal Grants to the NAACP. Put the 1 billion dollars to better use improving poverty stricken neighborhoods. Give good people a chance for a better life. Give children a place to go and interact and exercise in the place of the gathering on the street looking for something to do. Give them a choice they do not have now.
No one is born a raciest. We create this by our actions. Racism will stop when attrition rids us of of thoes who continue to promote it for their own gain in the headlines.
