To have electorates follow their state's voting majority and increase the fines on electorates that do not.

This petition is important because the electorates are designed to represent the people of their state. Without restrictions that make them follow the will of the voter then how are the voters truely represented. If the electorates choose not to follow the majority in their state, then the fines should be high enough to make them reconsider not following the will of the people. This will also prevent either party who are not happy with election results to try and bypass the will of the voters also.
