have entitlement taxes optional as that is not how the commerce clause was intended.

Created by M.O. on January 03, 2013

I already pay for medical insurance and my taxes were just increased 2% to pay for the Affordable Care Act benefits. I do not benefit from this nor can I afford my insurance costs to begin with.

Social Security and Medicare used the commerce clause to tax us and initially were ruled unconstitutional. These benefits are going to people whom have never paid into them or have not paid what they are taking.

I can not afford the taxes that keep rising and be able to sustain a life comparable to those living in government housing. The Boston tea party was our revolt against taxation and yet taxes continue to be raised.

All I'm asking is to have an option to contribute and if I don't then I will not benefit. We the people have had enough taxes.
