Have Eric Holder charge the entire 112 Congress with Fraud: For accepting payment while failing to make fiscal Policy

The 112 Congress created the man-made disaster in their inability to provide a budget. The Fiscal Cliff as it is called was created for the express purpose of forcing both sides of the House to comprise and bring forth a budget. Congress has failed to do so and have not met their obligation under Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution, while continuing to be paid by the People of the United States. This constitutes the nine underlying principals of Fraud. We the People of the United States are requesting the USAG act on behalf of the citizen of the this great nation charge the members of the 112 Congress with Fraud.
