Dissolve the federal government allowing for an interim government to new draft a new constitution according to the popular moral ideas of the people. Hold new elections for states, ousting all officials within those states, replacing them with officials who won by popular vote. Have popular vote decide weather or not things are legal or illegal. The NDAA was the last straw.
