have every school in the country enforce a dress code.

I believe that having a dress code can make school easier for a child because everyone will be dressed the same. Nobody would know if your rich or poor. Humans will always judge other humans no matter what, but the dress code can minimize bullying and children will be more confident when they go to school. Children will still be able to express themselves after school and on the weekends. As for parents, it will be easier on them because the child will have a set amount of clothing for school. I grew up with a dress code and I disliked it very much but now as an adult, I see the reasons why many schools do have a dress code.
