Have the F.B.I and I.R.S. Investigate the Church of Scientology & all related enterprises for Tax evasion & violations

This is to ask the Executive Branch of government to issue a directive to the IRS to investigate the Church Of Scientology and all those that are related, for Tax evasion because it is believed that they are a "for profit business". Their Clients pay "fixed fees" not donations for services.We are asking as well The FBI to investigate violations of Human rights. Holding people against their will in their properties in California and their Vessels in International Waters and US territories in the Gulf of Mexico The vessel in the gulf is Flagged as "Freewinds". The US has the right to prevent Slavery in Intenational waters. We are also asking the Goverment to probe their orphange in Haiti. Reports have come in that they are using the Children as labour.
