Harry Reid committed fraud against the American people by not effectively changing the filibuster, as he had repeatedly promised. By failing to enact filibuster reform he has disenfranchised all who voted for President Obama. This is gross negligence and derelict of duty. He has violated his sworn oath. He has no viable explanation for his inactions. His sudden change is highly suspect, and should be investigated thoroughly. He has proven himself to be false and untrustworthy.
