Have the FCC create a .com (.sex) for sex e-mail which we can then create program to block or not .sex e-mails.

Ask the FCC to protect Internet users (and children) who don't want to receive unsolicited sex emails by creating .sex. All emails which are sexual should have this ending before sending or face a fine.

Then create a program to block all e-mails with a .sex ending.
